Two-day workshop on SPSS

The research team of Pakistan Institute of Education-PIE attended a two-day workshop on SPSS organized by the Institute of Social and Policy Sciences (I-SAPS). The workshop was inaugurated by DG PIE, Dr. Shahid Saroya, who emphasized the need for capacity building trainings for the staff. The trainer was Dr. Sajid Ali Yousuf Zai, a data analysis expert, who explained the basic research methods concepts and how to use SPSS interface to analyze educational data. Dr. Sajid conducted comprehensive sessions, covering key research concepts – types of variables, tests, ANOVA, MANOVA - and practical session on SPSS data analysis techniques. Director PIE, Dr. Zaigham Qadeer, expressed his gratitude to the trainer and the Institute of Social and Policy Sciences (I-SAPS) team for arranging and facilitating the workshop.
